Product Description

Deep groove ball bearings are the most commonly used rolling bearings, belong to non-separated bearings, which are simple structure, easy to use and low price. Basic deep groove ball bearings are composed of inner ring, outer ring, steel balls, and cage. The cages are mostly stamped steel corrugated cages or engineering plastic solid cages, while large bearings use metal solid cages.

 

There are 2 types of deep groove ball bearings, single-row and double-row. The structure is also divided into 2 types: open type and closed type. The open type means that the bearing is not sealed; the closed type means that it has seal. There are 2 types of sealing structure: dust-proof seal and oil-proof seal.

Single row deep groove ball bearing can bear radial load and axial load in 2 directions.This type of bearing has a small friction torque and is most suitable for occasions requiring high-speed rotation, low noise and low vibration.
